digital coaching was alright but kinda pricey

last week i signed up for the digital coaching and it was pretty good, i liked the keto-friendly meals especially. but even with a promo code for new members, it still felt like a lot more than i wanted to spend compared to some other options out there. i wish they had more discounts for longer commitments.

Easy to follow, decent food

So, I decided to try Jenny Craig after seeing it around. Got the 4-week meal plan. The meals were delivered frozen, which was fine, and it was super easy to just heat them up. I liked that there were some vegetarian meal options too. The coaching calls were helpful, just quick chats about progress and stuff. Didn't feel like a chore. The food was okay, some stuff was better than others, but overall, it made eating healthy way simpler than cooking everything myself. No complaints.

Decent program, some issues

I signed up for the Full Menu weight loss plan. The variety of meals, especially the breakfast items and snacks, was pretty good and they definitely helped with portion control. My coach was knowledgeable, too. However, delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a bit long for prepared meals. Also, some of the lunch meals, like the Salisbury steak, were a little bland. Overall, it's a solid program for weight loss, but they could improve on delivery speed and seasoning.

I tried the 2-week trial kit. Meals were delivered quickly and tasted fine. The plan was simple to follow, which was helpful. Lost a few pounds. Would consider ordering again.
